Overview
A well‑established company in Gauteng is seeking a reliable, organised and detail‑driven Bookkeeper / Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent administrative discipline, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain supplier accounts, including reconciliations and payment schedules

Oversee debtors, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections and debtor administration

Handle stock control, stock movement tracking and monthly stock reconciliations

Process wages and payroll, ensuring compliance and timely submissions

Perform general accounting duties, including data capturing, reconciliations and reporting

Provide administrative support within the finance department

Assist with additional finance‑related tasks as required by management

Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or accounting environment

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and numerical ability

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

A qualification or degree in Accounting will be advantageous

Proficient computer literacy and working knowledge of accounting systems (advantageous)

Trustworthy, hardworking and able to work independently and within a team
