BL is looking for energetic, target-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who are confident speaking to customers, comfortable working on a dialer and motivated by daily and monthly targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Engage customers professionally and confidently.
Follow the company's approved sales script and procedures.
Generate and submit quality leads.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Maintain accurate customer information.
Follow quality assurance and compliance requirements.
Be available and active during scheduled working hours.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous call-centre, telesales or sales experience will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Confident telephone manner.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Reliable and disciplined when working from home.
Must have a reliable internet connection.
Must have access to a computer/laptop and headset.
Must be able to work according to the required schedule.
Must be available for an immediate start.
