Job description

We are looking for a naturally outgoing, confident people person who enjoys engaging customers, building relationships and actively selling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist walk-in, trade and account customers
• Identify needs and recommend suitable products
• Sell, upsell and cross-sell to achieve targets
• Prepare quotations and process sales accurately
• Learn the product range and provide confident advice
• Assist with stock, merchandising and administration
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:
• Proven sales/counter sales/customer-facing experience
• Outgoing, confident and engaging personality
• Sales-driven and target focused
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and computer skills
• Reliable transport to Glen Anil

Experience dealing with contractors/trade customers or in hardware, building, paint, electrical, plumbing, automotive, tools or industrial products is highly advantageous.

Paint experience is advantageous, NOT essential.
